The Officer Richard Lawn Fund, Inc. is a small, all-volunteer scholarship fund based in Lower Gwynedd, PA. It was founded in 2005 as a memorial to the ideals of Officer Lawn for the purpose of awarding scholarships to deserving area High School students. 

The strong must protect the weak is an expression of Richard's mantra through life. This scholarship will assist students who strive to excel academically, while manifesting these ideals.
