History and Mission

The Officer Richard Lawn Fund, Inc. is a small, all-volunteer scholarship fund based in Lower Gwynedd, PA. It was founded in 2005 as a memorial to the ideals of Officer Lawn for the purpose of awarding scholarships to deserving area high school students and helping needy families who have lost a parent.

The strong must protect the weak is an expression of Richard's mantra through life. This scholarship will assist students who strive to excel academically, while manifesting these ideals.
